I provide a concierge level of family medicine/primary care by telehealth, text, email, zoom or house call, whatever fits your comfort and needs.
What you are getting is the attention to detail and timely service that a small practice can provide. This can lead to avoiding the hours long wait in an urgent care or emergency room. Plus you get an actual M.D. that knows you and is compassionate.
I can perform physicals at your house, help manage your chronic medical conditions and prescribe your medications just as an office based doctor would do.

I do not accept insurance. My fee is $150/month (about the cost of a cable bill), $250/month for a domestic couple, ask about family rates. There is a $199 initial registration fee.

You pay out of pocket for my services . Many people with high deductible health plans coupled with a Health Savings Account (HSA) can often use those funds for my services. Consult your insurance company for details. You need to keep your existing insurance (including Medicare patients) to pay for all of your other expenses like medications, labs, xrays, specialist visits, etc.

Professional Experience
I have forty years of experience as a family practitioner. I am American trained and a Dutchess County native. I attended Spackenkill High, Vassar College, New York Medical College and served my residency training at SUNY Stony Brook (Chief Resident).
I spent the majority of my career as a solo practitioner in the Pleasant Valley area. I ended my career as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Clinician for WMCHealth at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital.
